Dr. Damaris Waema is an accomplished Tutorial Fellow at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, with over seven years of experience in academia.
Specializing in deep learning and artificial intelligence, she holds a PhD in Information Technology and an MSc in Software Engineering.
Dr. Waema has an extensive background in computer vision, software systems engineering, and GIS. Her notable achievements include the Vice Chancellor's Academic Award and a DAAD In-Country PhD Scholarship. She is also a certified Oracle Database Associate and Application Security Specialist. Passionate about education and technology, Dr. Waema has made significant contributions to her field through both teaching and research.
